GEOI provides an integrated Android & IOS solution for your field teams. Every field sales rep can now see real time inventory availability, order statuses amongst many others to efficiently handle the customer visits.

FOR THE FIELD REP:

REAL-TIME INVENTORY-

The field rep gets a complete picture of the inventory available at each warehouse. He can select the warehouse before taking the order and would be able to see the list of products & real-time inventory. The inventory on his mobile app gets automatically updated when there is a sale in any of the sales channels. This real-time inventory check, gives the ability to commit the right amount of stock to the customer. GEOI app ensures accurate inventory/ Stock count information across all channels.

CATEGORY & SUB-CATEGORY FILTERS-

Drill down with ease through a large list of products by selecting the category and sub categories of the products. You can instantly view product information and product listing by narrowing down your search results. This saves time and makes quick order taking like a breeze.

SINGLE SEARCH WITH PRODUCT DRILL DOWN-

The search bar functions like google. You can start typing the name of the product and the GEOI app would auto suggest the products from the inventory. Easily select and add quantity to add the product to the cart.

MULTI VIEWS OF PRODUCT LISTS-

For the ease of quick ordering or bulk product ordering, we have developed 2 different views for product listing in the GEOI app. This gives an option to change the view of product listing for the field rep while taking orders. These views will help to quickly view product details, pricing, discounts, inventory and photos of the product.

SIGNATURE ATHENTICATION-

GEOI provides multiple ways for authenticating a order. Orders cannot be taken by the field rep without Checking In to the customer's location. This is done to authenticate the order through geo coordinates of the location. Another mechanism inbuilt in GEOI is the signature authentication. After the order is finalised by the field rep, a name and a signature of the customer needs to be captured by the field rep in GEOI. This digital signature can be viewed by the admin in the orders page.

FOR THE ADMIN:

AUTO ORDER CREATION-

Order creation is made as the easiest in GEOI. When a order is received from any channel (Field Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Web store or through marketplaces), an order number is auto generated by GEOI. The origin of order can be easily identified with the suffix of the order number. When a order number is generated, the ordered stock quantity would no longer be available on any of the sales channels.

ASSIGN CUSTOMER-

The admin assigns his customers to the field rep or the tele sales rep. These reps would be responsible for the customer accounts which has been assigned to them. GEOI allows you to change the assignee at any time. This feature can be widely usedwhen you provide personalised support & sales to your customers.

MONITOR ORDERS-

GEOI easily identifies the person responsible for a specific order and is shown to the admin. The admin can analyse on the order volume generated by each rep/day and hence can track the sales targets. This helps to boost the authenticity and accountability of the orders sent by the field reps or the tele sales teams.
